Before you paint on an anti fungal paint it is normally recommended that you use a mould killer spray. These are expensive and, unless you have a really bad mould problem, normally end up sitting in your shed because you've only used a little drop. You can kill mould and fungai just as effectively by taking a bucket of water and adding a good squirt of household bleach. Rub that into the mould with a cloth.
