When will I get my goods?
We aim to deliver your goods the next working day after you ordered them, if you place your order before 1pm.

Can I return goods?
It is our general policy not to accept returned goods as that is one reason that we can offer such low prices. In exceptional circumstances standard products may be returned to us within 14 days of the date of delivery, provided that the customer has an authorization e-mail from Floorpaint Express for such a return. No claims can be considered for returns outside this period. Goods are to be returned at your expense to the original source of supply as specified by Floorpaint Express.

In the unlikely event of a product being defective please e-mail us on info@floorpaintexpress.co.uk and we will replace the original order.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

How do I order my goods?
Via this website using your credit or debit card. Our online ordering facility is totally secure.

How much do you charge for delivery?
Our current delivery charges for the mainland UK is only £10 per order, and is FREE if your order value is £50 or more.
Delivery to Northern Ireland takes between 3-5 working days and you will need to add £10 for delivery.

How do you deliver?
We use a leading courier firm to deliver your goods.

How will I know which day my goods are due to be delivered?
If you order before 1pm you will receive your goods the next working day. Order after that time and they will reach you in two working days.

Can I specify a particular delivery date?
If you want your goods on a specific date then that can be arranged at the time of ordering.

Will I need to sign for delivery?
The courier will need a signature before dropping off the goods. If nobody is available to sign for the goods at the specified delivery address then the courier will sometimes try to leave the goods with a neighbour. If this isn’t possible then they will take the goods back to their depot and arrange a new delivery date with you.

Will the courier carry the goods into my home or garden?
Due to insurance requirements the courier can only deliver to your door not actually into your property. However, most of our products are designed to be carried by one adult.

Can you deliver to an alternative address?
Yes. We appreciate that you may be ordering for someone else and want the goods delivered to their address, which isn’t a problem. Just specify at the time of ordering please.

Do you accept orders from outside the UK?
At the moment we only accept orders from UK addresses, but this may change in the future.

How can I pay for my order?
We currently accept Mastercard, Visa and Maestro/Solo Cards. You can also pay using PayPal (requires a seperate PayPal account).

How do I get in touch with you?
Floorpaint Express operates solely on the Internet, which is one reason our prices are so low. We have tried to incorporate the answers to most questions you might ask within our Help section here; please refer to this first. If this doesn’t answer your query then please e-mail us at info@floorpaintexpress.com and we promise to respond within one working day maximum.

I want to buy your products, but get a tradesperson to do the work. Can you recommend any?
It is impossible for us to know every good tradesperson in the country. We recommend you use a site such as www.mybuilder.com or www.myhammer.com which allows you to ask interested traders in your area to bid for a job. Alternatively www.yell.com will have a list of traders in your locale.

I need to ask a question about a product
We describe each product in detail, including how great the area it will cover. If you measure the area you want to work on then you should be able to order the right amount for the job. However, if you are unsure then you can contact us my filling in the form on our Contact Us page.

Can I get a VAT receipt?
A receipt, with full VAT information to enable you to claim back the tax, if you are eligible to do so, will be sent separately from your order.

I'm having difficulty viewing your videos.
Currently we can only offer video downloads as Windows Media Video files (.wmv). If you are using a Mac download
this file to play the file in Quicktime or you can download VLC player if you'd prefer to use a different program to Quicktime. For Linux machines we recommend Mplayer or VLC player.

If you are having trouble viewing our streaming Youtube videos you may need to update to the latest version of
Adobe Flash Player.

I'm having difficulty opening your Fact Sheets.
All our fact sheets are supplied as pdf (portable document format) files. There are a number of free programs available to view these files, including
Foxit Reader (for Windows) and Adobe Reader (for Windows, Mac & Linux).
